Hey Friends by Shaef (“Hey Friends,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website heyfriendsbyshaef.com (the “Site”). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) as well as our other posted policies (like our Privacy and Return policies).

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
